Structure of means

  The structure of INKA-SPORT means includes four multipurpose sensors of induction type, which are established on wheels rims and brake backplates, communication cable and the block of information processing which contains a single-crystal computer, a liquid crystal display (LCD) with multimode command keys.

Cross-section on a front wheel suspension:
Designation of basic elements:
1- tire;
2- rim;
3- brake backplate;
4- brake disk;
5- stub axle;
6- sensor of induction type;
7- constant magnet;
8- wheel hub;
9- fixing bolt of the wheel.
  • The sensors are established on each wheel of a car, including a spare.
  • The sensors consist of two diametrically located constant magnets pasted in a rim and an induction coil which is established on a brake backplate by the means of a special arm.
  • The communication cable carries out switching of the sensors with the block of processing and information display.
The INKA-SPORT block of processing and information display.
Designation of basic elements:
1- LCD for display of condition parameters;
2- light-emitting diode indicators of dangerous conditions;
3- multimode keys of data input and control;
4- socket of the communication cable;
5- input voltage indicator;
6- connector of input voltage cable.
  • The INKA-SPORT block of processing and information display is established on the dashboard in a place convenient for a driver and connected to a car's onboard network by means of the connector established in a cigar lighter socket.
  • The sensors are connected to the block of processing and information display under a special scheme that allows suppressing completely electromagnetic hindrances from ignition distributor.
  • The sensors are not subject to influence of temperature change, pollution, moisture, vibrations and other factors. Their service term practically is not limited.
  • The sensors do not demand maintenance operation, options and resettings.
